Parc de la Colline du Chateau

The Château and the fortress on the mountain above the city of Nice were conquered and destroyed by King Louis XIV in 1691. Today there is a park with artificial waterfall and magnificent viewpoints on the city and the ocean.  

Cap Ferrat

The beautiful peninsula between Nice and Monaco is a popular tourist destination and home to many millionaires. The "Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild" is a very nice place to visit. 

Jardin Exotique

The Botanical Garden of Monaco "Jardin Exotique" is situated on a rocky outcrop of the city. Numerous cactuses and other Mediterranean plants nestle on the rocky landscape with a view on the small principality.

Cap du Dramont

Between Cannes and St. Raphael is one of the most beautiful sections of the "Côte d'Azur". Small, blue shimmering coves with clear water and pine trees reaching the sea, invite you to go hiking and swimming.  

Massif de l'Esterel

The red rocks of the "Massif de l'Esterel" rise above the "Cap du Dramont". The volcanic mountain is a popular hiking region. The highest piek is the "Mont Vinaigre" with 614 m. Closer to the sea is the 492 m high "Pic de l'Ours", between Miramar and Le Trayas

Golfe de Fréjus

At the "Gulf of Frejus" there are long, fine sandy beaches, the most famous is "Frejus-Plage". If you are looking for quiet beaches, you will find some smaller coves, which are not that crowded in the summer between Frejus and Ste. Maxime

Rayol Gardens

The "Domaine du Rayol" is one of the most beautiful gardens on the Mediterranean. In addition to native plants, there are also rare plants from New Zealand, Australia, California and other parts of the world. Tip: Do not miss the guided tour.
